Seasonal Sales Associate (Minijob)

As a Seasonal Sales Associate on a mini-job basis, you will support our team throughout the busy holiday season through January 2027. You will warmly welcome visitors to our Berlin store, introduce them to the heritage, values, and products of Merz b. Schwanen, and build lasting relationships with our customers. With your strong sense of personal service and customer care, you will actively contribute to the commercial success of our store.

The position is initially a seasonal mini-job, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position afterwards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional and memorable experiences for every visitor to our store
• Use your brand and product knowledge to guide customers and help them select the products that are right for them
• Contribute to achieving the store’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for both customers and colleagues
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards
• Carry out store processes accurately, including stock counts, opening and closing procedures, and operating the till
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends

YOUR QUALITIES

• Experience working with customers, preferably within fashion retail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the team’s success
